Dark Malt Ale – 6.5%, IBU – 24
A robust yet slightly sweet ale which is tenacious and complex by nature – just like the Scots. It is fermented at low temperatures to unite strong roast malt flavours with the softer aromas of liquorice and smooth caramel. A fine ‘wee bevvy’.
